Africa's notorious Robben Island prison
which held Nelson Mandela for 17 years,
is considered one of the most
significant plays of the twentieth
century. It tells the story of two
prisoners laboring in a quarry by day
and rehearsing for the prison concert
scenes from Sophocles' Antigone in their

Dana Wylder and Mel McCuddin Exhibition
Mango Tango Art Gallery, Raphune Hill,
St. Thomas Wylder has been exhibiting
with the gallery since it opened 16
years ago. She has painted aboard her
floating studio throughout the
Caribbean. McCuddin has worked with the
gallery for three years. Their
connection? They are both from Spokane,
Washington. Wylder captures the essence
of the Caribbean in watercolor and oil
paintings, while McCuddin addresses the
human condition in an expressive style
that transcends time and place.
